Real Estate - Experienced Real Estate Investor
- Must have experience identifying potential rehab properties than can be purchased at an advantageous price.
- Must have existing outside connections in industry.
- Must be a self-starter & driven.
- Must have desire to lead a new Real Estate division.
Deal Team - Stock Options Trader
- Must have strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills, and must be able to demonstrate intelligence, competitiveness, and focus.
- Must have strong knowledge of equity markets preferred, emphasis on analysis of market direction, ETF's, optimization and execution, and your drive to enter a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Series 7 & 66 Licenses
